Client Portal Guide

Please take a moment to read about the information needed to complete your holistic financial plan.

Your adviser has sent your login details to your preferred email address. Once you have logged into the portal, you will find your Home screen – select “Your Details” to begin entering your information.


Next, fill in each applicable field. Once you have completed each screen, work your way down the menu on the left hand side to provide all the information necessary.

*Important: please make sure you complete the cashflow section – in order to ensure appropriate financial advice we must have an understanding of your household cashflow.


Complete the income section first, then the expenses section, then check to see your annual surplus or deficit.

In each section, select the cashflow type and choose the nominated frequency.


Finally, complete the risk profiler questionnaire and the objectives builder module.




Once you have finished completing the client portal questionnaire, your adviser will begin work on your financial plan. If any other documentation or follow up questions are required your adviser will be in touch.
